Specialized Programs–Housing, Meals, and Costs

 Housing

Dormitories

The IEP offers housing accommodations for students in Residence Hall 2 (RH2), Residence Hall 3 (RH3), or Residential College South (RC South) while on campus. When in our housing, students will enjoy activities designed to acclimate them to campus, the South, and the United States. These dormitories feature in-room bathrooms, study rooms on each floor, conference rooms, community kitchens, and lounges with TVs on each floor. Each room is furnished with a microwave and a refrigerator. A desk, dresser, nightstand, and twin extra-long bed is provided for each resident. All rooms are air conditioned. Ethernet hookups, wireless internet, and basic cable will be included in every room. A 24-hour front desk, a community assistant on each floor, a live-in community coordinator, and student ID card readers on all exterior and resident doors make RH2, RH3, and RC South safe and secure places to live.

Hotel

If dormitory space is not available, arrangements will be made for students to stay at a nearby hotel.

Meals

We have a variety of meal plans available regardless of housing location. Meal plans allow students to save money by prepaying for a certain number of meals rather than buying meals at regular price. Please visit Ole Miss Dining for more information on the various meal plan and dining options on campus.
